It’s been awhile since I posted. We’ve been hard at work planning a couple of new comics, a new site layout, and some other goodies.
We’ve been going strong on breaking down Season One of SKIP TRACERS. Issue one is just about written.

In the meantime I have also been writing and drawing a new comic called VENT. VENT is a sci-fi mystery comic set in a near-future world where everyone wears graphics-enhanced goggles called VENTS. When the game-world displayed by these goggles starts to kill it’s players, our main character, Detective Omega Meuller must track down the killer in and out of the game before he himself is sucked in to the seedy underworld of VENT culture! I will be debuting the first 6 pages here shortly, following the new site layout and graphic revamp of our site.

The new layout will also include a STORE section where we will offer t-shirts, original art, and other goodies for purchase.

Double news post today. There are two new pages up and ready for your viewing pleasure. Page #13 of Skip Tracers is up today. The story continues along as an interesting twist leads to further investigation by Cash and the gang.

In other news, a SEASON 2 Preview for Hulk Vs. Bizarro is live and rockin’ as well. This special one-page preview sets up the themes for Season 2, which will be more Comic-Book based than Comic-Strip as the last season was executed. Strange changes abound for everyone’s favorite, mentally stunted duo. Join us soon for all the fun!

Well, it’s been 2 weeks since our submission went out to IMAGE and DARK HORSE. No word yet. I hope someone out there in Internet-Towne is praying for us. Or making vodun potions or something. Whatever.

Page 12 is up and ready to rumble. Minor tweak to the image interface; there are now “NEXT” and “PREV” buttons on each image to allow easier navigation.

I’ve seen a few “Song Diagram” things going around the interwebs and on that Flikr site and shit. Here’s my clever and hilarious response:

In other news…
I am excited to finally get Skip Tracers off the ground and get Hulk versus Bizarro back into production. We hope to finish the season 2 opener after we finalize the ST pilot.

Sending off our official “Skip Tracers Proposal” to both Image Comics and Dark Horse comics today. We’ll keep you posted on any happenings.

My good friend Dave’s brother, Chris Giarruso, of “Marvel BullPen Bits” and “Comic Bits”, is going to give the Image boys a “heads up” alert to keep an eye out for our submission. If anyone out there knows anyone who knows anyone, we’d appreciate the favor.

The Script for the second half the the PILOT issue is completed and I’ve begun Thumb-nailing the layouts. I’ve also begun inking page 19, having skipped over pages 12-18 because I loved how the thumbnail layout looked for 19. The page marks the debut of one of our main Evil Characters that will play a part throughout most of the series, Special Director Hauer. A ruthless individual who is part Part Nazi and Part Bond-Villain and all scary-crazy. He started as a throw-away villain plot-device but has evolved into one of our favorite characters.

Greetings all!
First I’d like to let everyone know Mike and I have finished the pilot script for Skip Tracers and hope to have it on the page and finished soon! Also, we are currently working on the second season of Hulk vs Bizarro, so keep your eyes peeled.
Meanwhile…
I recently re-watched Conan the Barbarian and now all I can think of is Sandahl Bergman and camo paint.

I have heard the PS3 will soon have DVR capabilities. Hope it is released stateside!
